Developed the full team science curriculum used across NSF Convergence Accelerator cohorts — including lecture content, structured exercises, and debrief frameworks for multidisciplinary research teams.

Delivered lectures, led hands-on exercises, facilitated team dialogue and Q&A, and guided structured debriefs — working with teams over a 7–8 month engagement period per cohort.

Facilitated Toolbox Dialogue Initiative workshops with cohort teams to surface and align assumptions across disciplines — a critical component of effective convergence research. Served as content expert and on-screen faculty in four NSF-produced videos covering team science principles. Wrote the vignette scenarios acted out in each video, including paired “it’s not working / it’s working” segments with lessons learned.

Provided direct consultation to teams as they built their collaboration agreements and worked through interpersonal and structural challenges in real time — office hours, advising, and situational coaching throughout the cohort.
