    • To developing a simple logic model to capture different potential team outputs and outcomes over various periods of time.

     

     

    Who Should Participate:

    • This workshop is designed for individuals and teams interested in tracking their progress, productivity and team functioning.

    • Anyone who plays a role helping teams, whether as a trainer, consultant, coach, or as another role, either working internally or externally to the team, can develop greater insights in how to help teams identify areas that are working well and areas for improvement, and develop the most appropriate interventions.

  • We will provide a full refund when cancellations are made two or more weeks prior to workshop up

  • 50% refund if less than 2 weeks and up to five calendar days before workshop
