This workshop is designed for people who want to begin building or strengthen their team facilitation skills. Anyone who plays a role in helping teams, whether as a trainer, consultant, or a coach, or another supporting role, who works internally or externally to the team, can develop the requisite skills.

The workshop also benefits team leads and participants who are interested in having more engaging, effective, and efficient meetings with productive outcomes.

This workshop requires a solid foundation in empathetic listening and authentic inquiry to be able to observe and intervene effectively; a firm understanding of helping others identify their feelings, needs, and interests; and the ability to identify when people may be jumping to conclusions and how to determine if they are accurate, or not.
