This workshop is designed for individuals and teams that desire stronger working knowledge about how to surface differences in a way that doesn’t inhibit effectiveness.

Anyone who plays a role helping teams, whether as a trainer, consultant, coach, or as another role, either working internally or externally to the team, can develop greater insights in how to help teams work across differences, especially those that are difficult to discuss.
