How to be more confident in creating the conditions to initiate difficult conversations
The skills to support others in learning how to do the same
To identify and talk through some of the most difficult topics might need to be addressed within teams.
To put into practice a method to increase your chances of responding and engaging in dialogue as opposed to reacting defensively.
The difference between ‘power over’ and ‘power with’ and their impact on others.
Skills needed to approach and lead conversations about differences, how to create a pool of team knowledge, and to leverage it.

Who Should Participate:
This workshop deepens the work required for learning and having very difficult conversations, especially when tensions are high and topics evoke uncomfortable feelings or emotions.
This workshop requires a working knowledge of empathetic listening and engaging in dialogue, both covered in the Anatomy of a Difficult Conversation module.

50% refund if less than 2 weeks and up to five calendar days before workshop
