    • Requirements for establishing trust and psychological safety, the factors that damage them, and ways to repair them.

    • How to assess trust and psychological safety in a team.

    • Teams can intentionally build trust and psychological safety.

     

    Who Should Participate:

    • This workshop builds on the introduction to trust (Introduction to Research Collaboration) and helps participants deepening their understanding of trust and psychological safety, what it takes to establish them in teams, and to learn exercises that can grow them over time.

  • We will provide a full refund when cancellations are made two or more weeks prior to workshop up

  • 50% refund if less than 2 weeks and up to five calendar days before workshop
